How to return
1. Contact us
Send us an email at hello@lilbi.no with your order number and the items you wish to return. Returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Pack the items
To receive a full refund, the item must be unwashed and without signs of use beyond normal fitting. Original tags, packaging, and any accessories must be included.
Pack the items securely, preferably in the packaging they arrived in. Remove or cover the old shipping label.
3. Drop off the package
Once we have received your return notification, we will send you information about return shipping and how to drop off the package.
The item must be sent back no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the return.
Remember to keep your drop-off receipt until the return has been fully processed.
4. Refund
Once we have received and checked the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer covers the return shipping. A return shipping fee of 99 NOK will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Error or defect with the item?
Have you received the wrong item, or do you believe there is a fault with the product? Contact us at hello@lilbi.no before sending the item back. In the event of an approved claim, LilBi will cover the return shipping.
Certain large or heavy items may have separate return instructions and return prices. In that case, you will receive the necessary information before the item is sent back.
